【Project Activities】

Conducted Budo demonstrations and trial sessions at universities, Japanese schools, and sports centers in Ho Chi Minh City. Joint training sessions were also held for disciplines with local branches.

【Project Background】

Following the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Japan and Vietnam in 2023, a formal invitation was extended by HUFO, leading to the dispatch of the Japanese Budo Delegation.

【Project Objective】

To promote international understanding and the advancement of Budo through seminars, trial sessions, and joint training, thereby contributing to the friendly relations between Japan and Vietnam.

【Methods】

Budo demonstrations, trial sessions, and joint training led by master instructors

【Outcomes】

Demonstrated the essence of traditional Japanese Budo to a total of 3,760 people across three venues: Ho Chi Minh City University of Physical Education and Sports (approx. 600), Ho Chi Minh City Japanese School (approx. 660), and Nguyen Du Sports Center (approx. 2,500), successfully fostering international understanding and friendship.
