As a co-sponsored project with the Japan Foundation, the sponsors organized judo training at an elementary school and “Sensei Itsubo Dojo,” which opened in Botswana in 2017.

In Botswana, judo was incorporated as a subject in elementary school, and the sponsors visited schools to give lessons. They also held instructed training camps to train athletes so that they could participate in the Tokyo Olympic Games.
