An exchange program designed for the Taiwan HIKARI U12 team to engage in joint training and friendly matches with U12 teams from the Nara region of Japan, aiming to improve technical skills and deepen tactical understanding.

Planned to provide training opportunities in Japan’s high-quality development environment, aiming to nurture young Taiwanese footballers and improve their competitive level while promoting youth sports exchange between the two countries.

To support the improvement of technical skills and tactical understanding for the Taiwan U12 team, strengthening future international competitiveness and promoting sports exchange between Japan and Taiwan.

【Challenges and Lessons Learned】

1. Due to high temperatures and humidity during the Japanese summer, there is a high risk of heatstroke; thorough rest and hydration are essential.

2. Securing soccer practice grounds in the Nara region was difficult, requiring significant time for travel and coordination. Stronger advance coordination is required in the future.
