【Methods】

【Outcomes】
Promotion of understanding of Japan and mutual understanding. Participants shared their program experiences on social media and other platforms.
【Voices from Participants and Partners】
“Judo practice was stimulating and humbling. Everyone involved in each program showed respect, enthusiasm, and a wonderful spirit. All facilities were well-maintained, providing an experience beyond expectations. I truly enjoyed every moment of the trip. I am sincerely grateful to have been able to participate in this exchange.”
【Challenges and Lessons Learned】
This time, General Director Nakamura of the Asahi Kasei Judo Club participated in the practice. As a former Olympic gold medalist, a certain level of Judo skill was expected from participants. Since the Judo levels among participants vary, it became clear that future programs need to be designed to match the skill level of the selected participants.
