【Project Background】

This project was implemented as part of the National Federation’s international strategy to enhance the value and growth of triathlon internationally by conducting excellent event operations in the areas of strengthening, promotion, and organization, and by leading in Asia.

【Project Objective】

As part of Asia contribution activities, to contribute to the development of triathlon in Asia by inviting technical officials and executives from various member associations of Asia Triathlon. This provided an opportunity to invite technical officials from overseas, mainly from Asia, for reports and discussions on the current state of triathlon in Japan, event operations, and international development of the sport, led by international technical officials who experienced Tokyo 2020.

【Outcomes】

As part of Asia contribution activities, technical officials and executives from various member associations of Asia Triathlon were invited, mainly from Asia, to contribute to the development of triathlon in the region. It was a meaningful opportunity for reports and discussions on the current state of triathlon in Japan, event operations, and international development of the sport, led by international technical officials who experienced Tokyo 2020.
