2025 Nanjing Tech University Jiangsu Women’s Softball Japan Training Camp and Tour (2025)
【Project Activities】
The women’s softball team from Nanjing Tech University (representing Jiangsu Province, China) will visit Japan in March 2025. This training camp and tour program aims to improve athletic performance and foster international exchange through exhibition games and joint training sessions with Japanese university and corporate teams.
【Project Background】
Japanese women’s softball boasts a world-class level of competition, with its coaching systems and training environments highly regarded internationally. Since 2025 is a crucial year for the “National Games of China” (Quanyunhui), the Nanjing Tech team decided to conduct this tour to Japan as part of their strengthening efforts. ISEA has fully supported and accepted this project to promote international exchange through sports.
【Project Objective】
To improve the competitive level of the Chinese team while learning high-level Japanese softball techniques and tactics, thereby deepening sports exchange and mutual understanding between Japan and China.

1. Significantly improved practical competition experience and tactical understanding through exhibition games with Japanese teams.2. 【Challenges and Lessons Learned】
