【Mexico】Introducing Table Tennis by JICA Senior Volunteer
Along with Baja California and Jalisco, Mexico State has many Olympic athletes in diving and other competitions.
We make students aware of the thrill of table tennis, promote the growth of the table tennis population, promote local sports, and support the foundation for developing athletes who can play an active role in domestic and overseas competitions.
We teach about 150 students how to conduct tournaments, doubles, mixed-gender competitions, and how to enjoy practicing. In the future, we plan to hold table tennis classes for local elementary and junior high school students and support the Paralympic Association.

Feedback from Local Contacts :
Thank you for your very good support for the healthy growth of youth. I would like to cooperate with volunteers to carry out efforts to publicize the enjoyment of table tennis.
