JETRO set up the Japan Pavilion at Algeria’s largest comprehensive trade fair “Algiers International Trade Fair” which was held in Algeria in May 2018. It introduced 11 Japanese companies, including healthcare-related products.

At the pavilion, a video of SPORT FOR TOMORROW was broadcasted to emphasize the importance and attractiveness of international contribution projects through sports. This was promoted by the Japanese government. We directly publicized Japan’s sports-related efforts to many visitors, including Prime Minister Uyahiya and other local government officials who visited on the first day.
