SANIX Cup International Youth Football Tournament 2018
Our basic principles are the development of healthy young people through football, the improvement of competitiveness, and international cross-cultural exchange.
SANIX held a tournament where 16 teams from 4 overseas countries and 16 teams from various categories such as domestic high schools and J-League youths gather together.
Since the competition venue and accommodation facilities are located in the same facility, athletes communicated not only during competitions but also during their stay as they came into contact with one another and had the opportunity to learn about each other’s culture.
SANIX also encouraged participants to interact with one another at the welcome party, and overseas teams were taken on a tour to explore the different cultures while sightseeing in Fukuoka.

Comments from U-17 Malaysia National Team Director:
Malaysia participated for the first time, but I was surprised at the level of football of the Japanese youth generation. In recent years, there has been no environment in Malaysia where players can live as professional football players, but recently football has become popular among young people, and this tournament where you can compare yourself with the same generation in other countries was a valuable experience.
